Information handled by the recruiter review

The workflow may handle:

• the job description, requirements, or recruiter notes entered into the role field;
• text extracted from a TXT, PDF, or DOCX file selected by the user;
• optional recruiter name, company or team, and role information;
• generated role summaries, requirements, source matches, evidence explanations, scores, and guardrails;
• timestamps, Worker version information, and a random browser-history key used to retrieve that browser profile’s saved reviews.

File extraction occurs in the browser. The original uploaded file is not saved by the recruiter-history feature; the extracted role text is submitted for analysis.

How the information is used

The information is used only to:

• interpret the submitted role and retrieve relevant public portfolio evidence;
• calculate and explain domain knowledge, hands-on skills and expertise, and role-interest alignment;
• provide private review history, JSON export, deletion, and troubleshooting controls;
• evaluate and improve matching accuracy, user experience, reliability, and abuse prevention.

Service processing

The workflow runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, including Workers, Workers AI, AI Search, and Durable Objects. Cloudflare processes the submitted request so the service can generate the review and store the private history record. Coco Metric does not publish recruiter submissions or add them to the public portfolio.

Advertising, model training, and unrelated use

Recruiter submissions are not used for advertising, audience profiling, data brokerage, or unrelated commercial outreach. Coco Metric does not use submitted role text or recruiter information to train or fine-tune Coco Metric models.

Storage and retention

Completed reviews can be saved to a private Cloudflare Durable Object associated with a random key stored in the browser. Up to 200 recent review records are kept for that browser profile. When the limit is reached, the oldest records are removed as new records are added.

The analysis-history record does not store the visitor’s raw IP address. A hashed network identifier may be used separately for daily rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Access, export, and deletion

The browser profile can review, export, delete individual records, or clear all saved reviews from theRecruiter analysis history page. Clearing browser storage can remove the browser’s history key and therefore its ability to retrieve those records.

Security

Requests use HTTPS. Saved analysis records are stored in Cloudflare Durable Object storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid including passwords, account credentials, private medical records, or other information not needed to evaluate the role.

Policy changes and contact

This policy may be updated when the recruiter workflow or its data practices change. The effective date above will be revised for material changes. Questions or deletion requests can be submitted through theCoco Metric contact page.
